IMMO & Key Programming Expert
The Key Programmer XP400 is specially designed to read transponder data (including Mercedes Benz infrared smart key), clone and generate exclusive keys, read/write on-board EEPROM data, and read/write Freescale 9S12 MCUs. By working with diagnostic tools or PC ones that are both loaded with programmer software, the XP400 can read/write transponder data quickly and accurately. The XP400 include 9 parts:
- Transponder induction range remote control
- Transponder Slot - Hold the transponder
-Mercedes Infrared Key Slot - Hold the Mercedes infrared key
-Vehicle Key Slot - Hold the vehicle keys
- IC Card Induction Field - Read/write IC card information
-Status LED - Indicate current operating status
- Cross Signal Pins - Hold the MCU board, MCU replacement cable or DIY signal interface
- EEPROM Component Transponder Slot - Keep the EEPROM plug-in transponder or EEPROM socket
-Locker-Lock the EEPROM component transponder slot to ensure proper function
You can connect the IM608 tablet to the XP400 (no vehicle connection required) to access the key chip, read, retrieve and write key information, as well as other key related functions.
ECU coding
The Coding function is used to re-flash the vehicle control modules, it allows you to update the computer software on the vehicle to the latest version, as well as to reprogram adaptive data for specific components after repairs or replacements, providing opportunities for issues ranging from drivability, fuel efficiency, power loss, error codes, durability of mechanical parts.
J2534 programmer
It is a SAE J2534-1 & -2 compliant PassThru reprogramming interface device, with stable, fast processing performance and strong compatibility. With the updated OEM software, it is capable of replacing the existing software/firmware in the ECUs, programming new ECUs, and fixing software-controlled drivability issues and emission issues.

Active testing
The process of sending and retrieving information from a vehicle control module using a device is known as actuation test or bi-directional control. The main objective of the actuation test function is to request the control module to perform a specific function including system tests, drive tests, functional tests, inspection tests, reprogramming or reinitialization, saving diagnostic time.
Eg: You connect a fuel gauge, cycled the wrench and cranked the engine but you couldn't figure out anything related to the fuel pressure. With the actuation test function of this diagnostic tool, you can send a fuel pump command on instruction and see the correct fuel pressure to find out if there is a problem with the fuel pump circuit or pump.
All-system diagnostics
Simply access the diagnostic modes via AutoVin or Control Unit and you are able to perform diagnostics on all systems on the vehicle's ECU in order to locate fault systems and retrieve DTCs.
ECU Information - provides the retrieved ECU information in detail.
Read Codes -Displays detailed information from DTC records retrieved from the vehicle control module.
Clear-Codes - clears DTC records and other data from the ECM.
Live Data retrieves and displays live data and parameters from the vehicle's ECU.
Active Test - provides specific subsystem and component tests.

Oil Reset Service: Allows you to reset the Engine Oil Life System, which calculates an optimal oil life change interval depending on the vehicle's driving conditions and climate.
EPB Service: Helps operate the electronic braking system safely and effectively, disabling and activating the brake control system, assisting with brake fluid control, opening and closing brake pads, and adjusting brakes after disc or pad replacement, etc.
SAS Service: Allows you to perform calibration for the Steering Angle Sensor, which permanently stores the current steering wheel position as the straight-ahead position in the Steering Angle Sensor EEPROM.
DPF Service: You can perform numerous functions on the Diesel Particulate Filter system.
TPMS Service: Allows you to quickly get the tire sensor IDs from the vehicle's ECU, as well as perform TPMS programming and reset procedures after tire sensors are replaced.
IMMO Service: Programs a new anti-theft key, and performs key matching when the ignition switch, the combined instrument panel, ECU, BCM, or the remote control battery is replaced.
